Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Truebar (truebar.app), run by Aniket Pandey, an individual based in India ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@truebar.app.

Early access

Truebar is in early access. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we build it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep access to your email or Google account secure.
• One person per account. Don't share your login.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Mock interviews

• Sessions are practice. Feedback is one interviewer's opinion, and a session doesn't guarantee any interview outcome, offer or job.
• Interviewers are independent engineers, not employees of Truebar, and they don't represent their employers.
• Prices, cancellation and refund rules will be shown before you pay, and those rules apply to that booking.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
• share contact details to arrange sessions or payments outside Truebar;
• share confidential information from your employer, including real interview questions you were told to keep private;
• record a session yourself, or share someone else's recording or details;
• break the law, or try to break, overload or misuse the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Content

You keep ownership of what you write or share. You let us store and show it as needed to run Truebar. The Truebar name, site and software belong to us.

Liability

We provide Truebar "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@truebar.app.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above; for significant changes we'll email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
